Category security

| · | Username: the internal system name of the enabled user.
|
| · | Name: the name of the enabled user.
|
| · | Permissions: the user's level of access for the category.
|
| · | Category: the category level at which the user has been granted access. Click the link in this column to go to the View Content page for the category.

| · | Delete: if it is possible to delete a user's access to the category, a checkbox appears here. Note that you can only delete a user's access from the category in which it was granted.

| 1. | From the Post Manager tab, select a category from the Category Tree or from the drop-down list at the top of the page. (If you select from the list, click the Display button.)
|
| 2. | Click the Category Security link at the top of the page. The Category Security page opens.
|
| 3. | Type the username in the User field.
|
| 4. | Select the level of access from the Permissions drop-down list, then click the Enable User button.
|

| 2. | Click the Category Security link at the top of the page. The Category Security page opens.

| 3. | Click the Delete checkbox for the applicable user(s).

| 4. | Click the Delete Selected button at the bottom of the list.
